-All leak detection services are guaranteed for a period of 14 days from date of completion of work.
-Leak Detection guarantee is void if water visibility is less than 1m or water level is below skimmer-box during testing.
-Aqua Leak Detection (ALD) must be notified within 7 days if leakage still occurring after initial test. Retest will proceed
(in line with previous testing), if source of the leakage is not detected, ALD will refund the customer.
-All plumbing repair work guaranteed for 2 years (defects to workmanship only)
ALD will not hold any liability to any damage or cost occurred by inaccurate leak location in excess of amount paid initially.
